Feinstar is a son of Blue Hors Farrell and Fina-Goldina (Bon'A Parte).
Farrell, his sire, was purchased as a premium stallion at the 2013 Hannoveran studbook approval and was subsequently approved as a premium stallion for the Danish Warmbloods in 2014. He passed the 35-day test in the fall of 2015 with 856.5 points, including 9 in trotting and 9.5 in handling.
Farrell made his international debut at the 2020 Vilhelmsborg World Cup, doing very well in the Prix St. Georges and the Inter I. In particular, he achieved an impressive 3rd place with 74.5%. A few weeks earlier, he won the Inter I with 77% at CDIN Solrød.
