FOR DANCE

In October 2015, For Dance is approved with premium at the Hanover approval competition in Verden. Gerd Sosath acquires it at the auction following the approval. In December 2015, For Dance is approved for Oldenburg. In 2017, For Dance passed the stallion tests. The ease under saddle (Rittigkeit) was rated: 8.7. In 2017, the Oldenburg studbook awards him the title "Hauptprämien-Reservesieger of Oldenburg" due to the quality of his first generation.

In 2017, For Dance is a winner or well placed in riding events. For Dance is 4th best stallion in Germany (score 8,20) at the championship for 5 years old stallions at the Bundeschampionate in Warendorf in 2017. In 2018, For Dance is well ranked in dressage classes. At the Bundeschampionate in August 2018, he finished 9th in the 6 year old final. For Dance continues his progression in 2019 with good results in competition.

Since 2020, For Dance has been riding under the saddle of Ninja Sosath, the daughter-in-law of Gerd Sosath. In 2020, For Dance goes out to the M** level dressage events where he is a winner or well placed. In 2021, the couple progresses and is regularly placed in M** and S* level dressage classes. In June 2021, they won an M** event and placed 4th in a St. Georges Special. At the Oldenburg Regional Championships in July 2021 in Rastede, For Dance and Ninja Sosath won three M* and M** classes (for young riders) and were finally awarded the title "Oldenburger Landesmeister der ländlichen Reiter". The biggest success in For Dance's sporting career is the title "Deutscher Amateur-Champion 2021" achieved at the "Deutsche Amateur Meisterschaften in Dressur und Springen" (German Championships for Amateur Riders in the disciplines dressage and show jumping) on 24 and 26 September 2021 in Münster-Handorf, when For Dance ridden by Ninja Sosath wins two dressage classes (M* and M-Kür ** / with 71.76% and 75.29%).

On February 5, 2022, For Dance wins a Grand Prix S* level dressage test ridden by Ninja Sosath. On 1 May the pair were 2nd in an S* dressage test and on 15 May they won a Saint Georg Special level test.

In 2017, For Dance was elected "Hauptprämien-Reservesieger" by the Oldenburg studbook thanks to the excellent quality of his offspring.

For Dance already has seven approved stallion sons, including: Floss Dance, old, born in 2017, out of a dam by Quaterback. Floss Dance was approved by the Oldenburg in November 2019. Then he is off to Denmark, where he is also approved for DWB. A son of For Dance x Detroit (- Dimaggio), old, born in 2017, was approved by the Oldenburg studbook in November 2019. Another male by For Dance and out of a dam by Don Calypso was approved for Westphalia in November 2019 at Münster-Handorf. Florida TN, old, born in 2018, by For Dance x Zack, was approved in November 2020 in Vechta for Oldenburg, he was even elected reserve champion dressage orientation. At the auction, stallion owner Team Nijhof, NL, purchased him for 281,000 Euros. Federmarsch, old, born 2018, by For Dance x Sungold, was approved by the Oldenburg studbook in November 2020. He is still owned by Gerd Sosath and is a winner or well placed in riding trials in 2021. For Memory, han, born in 2017, by For Dance x Destano, was approved for Hanover in December 2019. He is coming out in equitation proofs. Geyer's Fort Knox, AWÖ, born in 2018, by For Dance x Dimaggio, was approved for AWÖ at Stadl Paura in Austria in February 2021 and declared 1st reserve dressage champion. Blue Hors Flashdancer, born in 2019, by For Dance x Dagostini, was approved with premium at the Hanover approval show in November 2021. He has not been offered for sale and will be stationed at Warendorf State Stud for the 2022 breeding season.

Several For Dance mares and geldings have made their mark in 2020 and 2021:

The 2017-born mare First Date OLD stands out. In August 2020, First Date OLD became "Oldenburg Champion" of 3 year old mares at the Oldenburg Regional Championships in Vechta. In September 2020, she placed second at the Bundeschampionate for 3-year-old mares and geldings in Warendorf. She repeated this feat in 2021, when she won the title of "Oldenburg Champion" again, this time in the championship for 4-year old mares and geldings at the Oldenburg Regional Championships in July 2021 in Rastede. In addition, she receives the Oldenburg premium "Ic Prämie". At the championship for mares and gelding 4 years old at the Bundeschampionate in Warendorf in August 2021, First Date OLD placed 4th in the final.

The gelding, Fit for Dance, DSP, born in 2017, by For Dance x Fidertanz is Baden-Württemberg champion of 3-year-old mares and geldings at the Baden-Württemberg Regional Championships in August 2020. The 2018-born mare For Joy, westph, by For Dance x Detroit, passed a very good test (8.3). In July 2021, at the "Westfalen Elite-Stutenschau" (presentation of the elite mares of Westfalia), For Joy was elected reserve champion. The mare Feine Fürstin, westph, born in 2018, by For Dance x Sorento, became vice-champion of the Westfalen 3-year old mares and geldings in July 2021 in Münster-Handorf.

Notorious, gelding, KWPN, born in 2018, by For Dance x Herzensdieb, competed at the French Dressage Championships in Yvré-L'Evêque (26 - 29 August 2021), where he won the 3-year-old geldings' liberty test with a score of 89.55% (trot, canter and walk: 9.0; body 8.5; overall impression 9.2). Born at Gerrit Bras, he is owned by Emmanuelle Plee.
