Presentation

Generoso CII is a true sport horse. He was able to demonstrate this on the dressage squares at Medium Tour level in Belgium and the Netherlands.

He has obtained rankings on Inter I covers. Generoso CII has a cooperative character and a harmonious, compact model.

He shows strength in the collected and aptitude for the grand prix airs and especially in the passage, piaffe and changes of foot on the beats.

He is distinguished by a wide 4 beat walk, bending hocks and elbows, a supple trot with lovely energy and plenty of straightness.

He shows a canter with a lot of drive, very cadenced and conducive to gathering.

Born in Spain, the famous Cartujanos (Chartreux), a caste of horses from Jerez with very pure blood, a true breed with its own characteristics, much admired. The Cartujanos horses were raised by the Carthusian monks of the Cartujas of Andalusia. Today, the word Cartujanos refers mainly to the descendants of the Cartuja de Jerez horses.

Performance

Generoso CII is a PRE stallion who has been noticed on the Medium Tour level dressage squares in the Netherlands and Belgium. He has also performed at the Inter I level where he was placed. He has won many times in his tests. In 2012 he took 1st place in his Z2 test in Asten.

The following year, he won the Z2 test in Liempde. That same year he was ranked in the ZZ Litcht tests. He got 1st place in Baarlo and was placed second in Hagestein. He also excelled in the ZZ Zwaar tests, where he was crowned winner in Berlicum in 2013. In the same year, he took second place in the ZZ Zwaar tests in Oirschot and Berlicum. In 2016, he won the Youth contest in La Roche-sur-Yon.

Generoso CII is a grey stallion with a very harmonious and compact model, an energetic supple trot with a lot of straightness as well as an easy character. His canter has been noted for his important drive, cadence and ability to collect. He is a 100% Cartujano certified stallion who is attractive for French breeding as he brings qualities to Grand Prix horses, notably his predisposition to passage and piaffe.
